Turbulence Training Review

We were as excited as everyone when Craig Ballantyne from Fitness Magazine came out with his own workout program.  Ballantyne is well known in fitness and his Turbulence Training workout plan really took off.  We wanted to know if it lives up to the hype, so we decided to examine the program at length.

Turbulence Training is designed to allow people to work out for shorter periods of time while getting better results.  Power workouts are the key to the program, which leads to body toning.  Because of the power of the workouts, they can spend less time devoted to working out.  Users only have to devote three days a week to exercise.

Power sports were the inspiration for the workouts.  The workouts offer the same benefits as power sports.  Because of that, it is supposed to be more fun and more effective. People who follow the program can lose weight in a safe way because it does not overwork users.

It was not difficult for us to find people who had taken part in the program.  We were also able to find a wide variety of people who had successfully used the program.  There was a high success rate out of the people who followed the plan as recommended.

Out of those we looked at, the plan had the biggest success in eliminating excess stomach fat.  In addition, the program is designed for males and females.  They can gain as little or as much muscle as they want with the program.

From what we have read, we feel the program should be highly recommended. It appears to be a good solution for those who want to work out and lose weight but don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to the process.
