In this day and age learning how to lose body fat is something that is highly marketed. There are pill and many different methods that all have the same focus of helping individuals lose body fat. Losing body fat is impossible if you do not do cardio correctly. The thing people do the most is doing to much cardio, and by doing so they burn themselves out. Everyone has seen the gym nerd who does way to much cardio. These nut cases are slowing down their muscular growth by doing to much cardio exercise. The best way to do cardio is keeping your VO2 max at 65% for a workout of 25 minutes 3 times a week. When you do your cardio at a conversational pace then you are at your 65% VO2 max. People refer to this as a conversational pace.
