AmeriPlan® Dental Fee Schedule

There are three different dental fee schedules available to AmeriPlan® members.  Your savings will vary depending on the location you are getting dental treatment. Each Dentist on the AmeriPlan® list has contracted with AmeriPlan® to provide their services to AmeriPlan Members and charge the AmeriPlan® fee for that area, Lime, Teal or Red.
